Sheep are many but wolves are few. It always was, always will be.
Which one are you?
Sheep: joins the gym for new year and quits 3 weeks in
Wolf: lifts weight 3 times a week, for life.
Sheep: lacks nutrition awareness – eats whatever he “feels” like.
Wolf: adopts a mediterranean diet or Okinawan diet.
Sheep: fucked 5-7 women over the course of his life time
Wolf: fucked 25+ over the course of his life time (caveat: its quality over quantity, but generally speaking, wolf gets his choice of women – and plenty of it …)
Sheep: makes $35k USD a year
Wolf: makes $250k USD a year
Sheep: travelled to a country or two (or none at all)
Wolf: travelled to (at least) 12 countries or lived abroad.
Sheep: watches mainstream news
Wolf: watches news from non-mainstream source
Sheep: goes to the movie or watches netflix – or worse, plays video game
Wolf: reads patrician tier books
Sheep: spends money on consumer goods and gets into credit card debt
Wolf: spends money on assets to make more money
Sheep: makes new year resolutions to “quit smoking”, “get out of debt”, “exercise”
Wolf: makes every day resolutions to conquer himself, and eventually, the world.
Sheep: blames people for his failures, gets stuck in a continuous loop of negative self talk
Wolf: blames himself for his failures and then strives to become better, every day
Sheep: hangs out with his friend in the bar on a Thursday night
Wolf: hangs out with business partners and mentors on a Thursday night
Sheep: barely aware – numbed his brain through beer, drugs, shit diet, or TV. Or worse: reads Buzzfeed.com.
Wolf: highly aware – reads good books, meditates, exercises, eats healthy food, makes connection with successful people. To
To become above average, do what average people aren’t willing to do
Average people aren’t willing to go to the gym but they’re wiling to spend the next 2 hours watching netflix.
Average people aren’t willing to read great books but they willing to read Facebook status updates and read gossip web sites.
Average people aren’t willing to spend 45 minutes every day updating their skill set to make more money – but they’re willing to look at funny cat pictures and watch viral videos.
Average people aren’t willing to take the time and create great blogs but they’re willing to consume more Dan Bilzerian pictures.
I’m not knocking on “average people”. I understand life is tiring so people need their distractions. I understand people use Facebook to keep up with their relatives and to curb boredom or loneliness. I understand people constantly check instagram to look at attractive people and funny viral vids.
I’m okay with people who are willingly ignorant. Yes, if the person wants to be racist, a bigot, a nationalist then so be it.
I have no problem with the guy who’s eating two ham burgers and drinking two liters of coke cola while watching Opera Winfrey and massaging his testicles in circular motions.
I’m writing this for the future Uber Human who want to be great. In fact, I wished I had a mentor in my teenage years who told me:
“Hey Max, stop browsing the Internet and jerking off to porn so much, you sad fuck. Go be an awesome fuck and lift weight and do muay thai. Go make more money, travel the world and have awesome adventures. You can thank me later.”
The future Uber Human … you’re the reason why I write.
Being a wolf begins with thinking differently
A person who thinks differently, does things differently. But it’s easy not to think because the television is right there with 80 different channels. When he doesn’t distract himself with TV or video game, he picks up his phone and goes on Facebook, Instagam, Twitter and Youtube. It’s a endless loop of distraction until old age.
It may take months or years to de-program his brain from instant gratification or media consumption and faulty assumptions and group think.
Ever met a middle aged man with a pregnant gut and bitch tits? Yes, I understand the average middle aged man is tired from working 9 to 5, has a mortgage to pay off and kids, wife and a dog to feed. Life itself is tiring. But a man who has pride in himself would not let his body go to shit.
To become an Uber Human … a wolf … begins with listening to one’s voice and ignoring social conventions. Then start programming one’s mind with a hardcore work ethic and the willingness to follow one’s gut.
Can anyone become a wolf?
Yes – but it’s a long, hard journey and there are many psychological barriers.
The majority of people are moderate – they don’t have this hardcore “do or die” mentality. Why do people join the gym for new year? They procrastinate and wait for 11 months and once new year arrive, it’s conventional wisdom to join the gym “to burn off that fat, that was a lot of turkey over the holidays”.
People follow the herd mentality where they listen to “conventional wisdom” like making new year resolutions, waiting until they’re 40 years old to start a business and retiring at 65 years old. They will rarely rise above the herd because they’re too scared of what their friends think and because it’s hard and takes courage to do thinks differently.
By walking the lonely road of a wolf, you become … stronger, smarter, richer, popular, enlightened. Years from now, you will be glad you walked the road of a wolf.
It’s okay to try hard.
Average people scoff at trying hard. “Why are you trying so hard? Just relax, watch some TV.” When a person is out there in the gym and eating healthy, making money and fucking bitches, the average person feels inadequate.
So what does the average person does? He either gets inspire or becomes a hater (or a mix of both … a inspired hater!) It’s a crab in a bucket mentality, where a crab is trying to get out of the bucket and other crabs will claw and pull him down.
Is it too late to start?
It’s never to late. The only time it’s too late is when one’s dead. I started lifting weight at 23, played poker professionally at 25 and started training martial arts regularly at 28.
The time is going to pass by anyway, so why not start today? There are middle aged people who enroll back into college, there are old people in their 50s who start going to the gym (for the first time), the examples are endless.
When I was vacationing in Vietnam, I met a German man in his early 60s who is getting his business off the ground. I had a long chat with him; I have nothing but respect and admiration from his grit.
There are some examples when it’s too late – a 35 years old man who is starting today won’t be joining the NFL or NBA or the UFC anytime soon. But for everything else, it’s never too late.
“Is it too late” is a cope out excuse, a psychological barrier to prevent a person from taking action and running with his dream, so it’s better to make an excuse of “it’s too late for me” and just live the same old lifestyle.
The average man stop self improving at age 30 because he’s out of school, is climbing the corporate ladder, has a girlfriend or wife and is his life is settled. Now he’s stuck in a ruck – go to work, come home, maybe go to the gym, have a hobby or two, eat dinner with his wife or girlfriend and goes to bed.
Your journey towards greatness starts today
Average people wait for new year for changes. The Uber Human takes immediate action.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” ~ Aristotle
What’s the difference between a fit person and a fat person? Their habits. Everything in life boils down to the proper mindset and great habits.
Self improvement is a constant struggle. But once a good habit is in place, it gets easier. For example, people who smoke and try to quit cigarette, it’s the hardest thing for them. I saw a TV ad of a woman with throat cancer but because the addiction is so strong, she smokes cigarette from a hole in her neck.
My biggest advice for someone aspiring to be Uber Human is to:
- Drop all media consumption
- Start a blog and document his greatness
- Focus on health, wealth and relationship
But you’re different. It’s time to become a wolf.
Woof woof, mother fucker.
Until next week,
